Magal offer fractured split con rods to European engineering specification from the manufacturing facility located in Chennai India.

Magal manufacture con rods using a fully automated transfer machining and assembly line that is able to machine and finish both powder metal sintered and raw steel forged con rods with a capacity of 1.5m con rods per annum. Additional to the traditional automated machining and assembly stations the Magal facility includes a diamond honing station and end of line measurement bench, inkjet and laser marking capability.
