How we do it
We have of course established a standardized way of working with clients, and this is broken down into 5 stages.
The first part is the very simple and involves you the client taking part in our short self assessment. This will confirm that you as a company are ready for change and that you have the required attributes needed to successfully perform a business wide transformation.

The second part involves a visit to one of our sites that has been through a business wide transformation. This will show you an example of a future state, as it’s always good to see the goal that you are aiming for, before you commit to change.
Both of these first 2 stages of our process are free to potential clients
The next stage includes a 1 day client assessment at your own site where Magal Consultants will complete an audit covering a number of topic areas.
The results would be given to you in the form of a presentation highlighting what we found in terms of opportunity for improvement.
Detailed diagnostics follows your agreement to proceed. It is at this stage that internal change agents are identified and all the training takes place for operational improvements, whilst your senior management team would be fully versed in business and financial management best practice.
Implementation support is the last phase. Your change agents would have already identified the ideal future state as well as a timing plan. Magal Consulting would only need to support and keep your change agents on the right track.
