Following the implementation, a timing plan for the changes would have been formulated with the help of our consultants.

Support visits would then follow on a regular basis and over a set timescale to not only support the business wide transformation, but to put into practice all the standardised processes to help achieve a sustainable environment for the future.

Key milestones would help confirm achievements and savings as laid out by the future state proposal.

These milestones would also be part of our contract with you, fixing a proportion of The Magal Consulting fees to the actual results achieved.
