Due to the nature of a business wide transformation and the commitment it entails, a yes response to all of the following questions is required in order for a potential client to be in a position to proceed to the next stage.

Are you the key business decision maker for your company and able to allocate any resource required for a business wide transformation?
Do you understand what 20% to 30% productivity improvement will mean to your bottom line?
Although this type of transformation is ultimately self funding, more often than not, some investment will be required to move facilities and reorganize services into a waste free future state. Have you access to means of obtaining these funds if you were able to present a return on investment of less than 1 year?

A business transformation includes a diagnostics activity followed by implementation which could take up to 8 months to complete depending on the size of your facility. Is this acceptable to you?
Change is company wide and affects processes at all levels of an organization. At some stage, everybody gets nervous about change as they may have been carrying out a process in a certain way for many years. Training and support to achieve total buy-in will of course occur, but as the key decision maker, are you yourself open to change and new methods, all of course linked to best practice?
