Throughout any client contract, training would occur as part of the course. All internal change agents highlighted to lead the change at the client site would be fully versed in the topics listed to the right.
This training would occur as part of the diagnostics section of our process, giving the internal change agents and senior management team the necessary tools required to identify the ideal future state, with only guidance being required from a Magal Consultant.
Less Magal Consultants and more internally trained employees make for not only a shorter return on investment, but is another foundation stone to creating sustainable change.
