Who are we.

Magal Consulting are specialists in business transformations and change management. We are especially apt at taking loss making companies near closure, and turning them around within a short period of time.

We are a subsidiary of Magal Engineering; where through numerous successful business transformations of our own, have been awarded with not only commendations and awards for our efforts, but have received requests from suppliers and customers alike to help them perform similar transformations within their facilities.

Magal Consulting was hence created to fulfil these ongoing requests as well as being able to continue to service universities through lecturing in this field.
