Magal Engineering Ltd deploy a dedicated team responsible for the lean transformation of each plant as it is acquired in a loss making position to an efficient and profitable company through the application of the Magal Production System. Through the successful deployment of the Magal key lean principals and value proposition we offer, Magal Engineering Ltd are able to continue supplying low and high technology products including assemblies from the UK to Europe and the Far East at a cost far less than can be achieved from LCCs such as China and Romania.

Magal Engineering Ltd specialise in turning round companies with over 10 successful turnarounds in the last 4 years. We achieve this by implementing our Magal Lean Principles of manufacturing.

As a service to our customers we can offer assessment (diagnostics), recommendations and implement on site with professional local management to bring in the speedy implementation of the Magal Production System and Lean Principles with minimum cost and maximum benefits.
