1998 M.D. Adwest Steering Ltd - exit ASL from Level 3 quality supplier to Landrover to one of the best suppliers to Landrover with zero ppm for more than 12 months, turnround from lossmaking to profitable company

2003 MBO Dura Mechanical Assemblies - renamed Magal Engineering Limited (Group now totalling £80m turnover) - turn round of European Mechanical Assemblies from a massive loss to profitable and stable position with reduction of our costs to a level where we are competitive with Chinese prices.
